Andy Spilling (MInstSMM), employed as a  Key Account Manager at one the UK's leading mobile & fixed telecommunications service providers.

Since joining the industry in the 1990's his role and core responsibilities have included, SME & corporate account acquisition and development, focussing primarily on product and service entanglement within his key account base.

Recently Microsft Certified in a range of services including Hosted Exchange & Sharepoint, Andy, using his vast ICT sector experience develops key relationships with businesses throughout the UK, he aims to adopt a true understanding of businesses unique requirements from purchasing & HR to finance & IT departments, with a view to identifying true benefits through workforce management both in a mobile and office based environment.

Through membership of 'The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management' (ISMM) Andy is soon to embark upon a Diploma is Sales & Key Account Management, this professionally accredited qualification is expected to take around 2-years to complete.

He lives in Bedfordshire with his wife Joanna who has recently given birth to their first child Ethan.
